The following policies apply to all reservations made with the Air-Eau-Bois Outdoor Activities Center. Please read them carefully before booking.

ACCOMMODATION

It is possible to cancel an accommodation booking and obtain a partial refund up to 14 days before the planned date of stay.

Conditions:

• A cancellation fee of 20% of the total value of the reservation will be retained.

• The balance of the amount paid will be refunded to the credit card used for the initial reservation.

Less than 14 days before the start of your stay :

• No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.

EMBARCATIONS

For boat rentals (canoe, kayak or other) :

• From 14 days before the rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date will automatically incur these charges.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Cancellation policies apply regardless of weather conditions, unless otherwise indicated.

• Air-Eau-Bois reserves the right to modify or cancel an activity for safety reasons. In such cases, refunds or postponements will be communicated directly to the customers concerned.
