Since our availability depends on cancellations, we are unable to provide an accurate estimate of the chances of obtaining a place. We will only contact you when a place becomes available and you are next on the waiting list. In this case, you will receive an e-mail notification, and you will have 12 hours to finalize your registration. As soon as a cancellation occurs, we immediately reinstate people on the waiting list according to their original registration date and time.
Yes, you can create your account right now on our site by clicking on "Log in" and choosing the "Create an account" option. You'll need to have some information on hand, such as your child's health insurance number, etc. Click here to access our summer camp registration platform.
Match requests must be entered on the child's form during the registration process. Children must be in the same age group for the pairing to be complete. Please note that we cannot guarantee that children will be in the same group, but we will do our best.
Yes, integration into a neurotypical youth group with accompaniment provided by the parent or organization is possible. For more information or to make a request, please contact the camp coordinator at the following e-mail address: [email protected]
You'll need to complete a needs analysis form by March 30. We will then analyze your needs and what we can offer.
No one at the camp is tasked with taking photos of the children to feed our social networks. We prefer to focus on the children's safety and entertainment. A few moments will therefore be captured on film during the children's stays, but it's not possible for us to take photos of all the children at camp or to post moments of the day on our social networks every day. At the end of your stay, you'll receive a short report giving you some information about your stay and the weekly group photos.
You may have concerns for whatever reason (first stay, state of health, etc.), or you may simply want to make sure that everything is going well for your child. We'll always be happy to answer your questions and give you an update on your child's progress as soon as the team is available. However, we don't recommend talking to your child during his or her stay at camp. ATTENTION: Please note that the adage "No news, good news" also applies to camp. We will contact you if we deem it necessary.
Children can write a letter that will be handed to you on disembarkation.
*Note:
Over the years, we've found that it's the parents who have the hardest time at the start. Often, when children see that you are moved or worried, they imagine that you have a good reason to be, and become anxious in their turn.
The American Camping Association suggests staying positive and being convinced of our ability to offer a great stay and a great experience! What's more, be confident in your child's ability to overcome challenges and get the most out of his or her stay. This will reassure your child and set the tone for his or her stay at Camp Air-Eau-Bois.
Air-Eau-Bois offers financial assistance to low-income families. Simply send us an e-mail request and proof of family income to the following e-mail address: [email protected]
The Relevés 24 issued will be deposited in your Amilia file in February following your child's stay. To be able to produce the statement:
1. All stay fees must be paid.
2. You must also have entered in the child's file the name on whose behalf the statement is to be issued.
3. In the parent profile, the social insurance number must be entered.
The statement will not be issued if these conditions are not met. The file must be up to date no later than the month of December following the child's stay. Please allow time for corrections to statements or for statements to be produced after the deadline for completion of files.
**Statements can only be used for people who have custody of the child. If the stay has been paid for by a third party, such as an organization, the parent will not be able to receive a statement.
Bus transportation to camp has become mandatory this year for several key reasons:
1. Children's safety is the camp's top priority. By requiring all participants to use bus transportation, the camp can ensure that children travel together in a controlled, supervised environment. This reduces the risks associated with traffic, individual travel, and unforeseen situations on the road.
2. Bus transportation makes it possible to organize arrival and departure schedules more efficiently, minimize delays due to staggered arrivals, and ensure that all participants arrive at camp at the same time. This contributes to a smooth start to activities and a better overall experience.
