Yes. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during busy periods.

Yes, according to our cancellation policy indicated at the time of booking.

Yes, most of our activities take place rain or shine. Some activities may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons.

Micro-chalets include a small indoor table and basic crockery. Micro-huts are more rustic and do not include a table or crockery.

NoHowever, it is not possible to cancel a stay if an open fire ban is in effect for our region. Here are a few tips to plan a fire-free stay:
  • Opt for cold meals that require no cooking;
  • Bring along a burner if you need to cook food.
  • Bring camping lamps to have a source of light in the evening;
  • Check the weather forecast before you arrive, and make sure you have clothing suitable for the expected temperatures during your stay.
