Air-Eau-Bois is a year-round outdoor adventure experience for the whole family. We are situated along Lac du Poisson Blanc. The 25km long lake came to fruition following the construction of the historic Cedar Dam which was built in 1929. It is encircled by 80 wild islands and known for its picturesque landscapes, isolated campsites tucked under acres of pine trees, and beautiful beaches.

The Air-Eau-Bois outdoor base was founded by the fusion of two organisations, which used to share the same land. The first one, “Camp Air-Eau-Bois”, born in 1972, started off renting the land to the redemptorists fathers before purchasing it later on. Back then, the camp only offered services to kids from 7 to 17 years old. The second organisation was founded in 1982, named “Base de Plein air des Outaouais”. Their goal was to reach out to a new client base and diversiate the services offered on site. In 2007, both organisations became one, Base de Plein air Air-Eau-Bois.
