Support the coordinator in developing and implementing camp programming, managing activities and supervising the team. Contribute to the welcoming of groups and the application of safety standards. Requires fluency in French and English, and management skills.

Job description
In collaboration with the coordinator, you will be responsible for :

Support the development and implementation of camp and nature class programs.
Manage schedules, supervise bedtimes, and ensure night duty.
Apply emergency procedures and manage health care.
Supervise group arrival and departure.
Supervise, evaluate and coordinate supervisors and instructors.
Participate in pre-season staff selection and training.

Qualifications

Remote first-aid training (obtained or in progress).
Strong organizational skills and management knowledge (Microsoft, Amilia, Réservotron).
Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
